I’d much rather write a poem a day than a novel in a month! At least I might get more than a handful of good poems from the exercise. And great reality check about doing NaNo your own way – me, I’m thinking of using it to maybe tackle a novella, exploring ideas for a play, with some short stories and poetry thrown in.
