Thanks for the tag, Juhi. I will have a think about this (though I’m not in the States – is that an issue?). Coincidentally (particularly if poetry is ever considered in the mix) – I referenced making pancakes in the last poem I published before my hiatus – a poem about loss and grief, partially composed while I was making the said pancakes!
